We’re looking for companies in the following sectors to join us in our mission.

Brokers
Many Real Estate agents have shown interest in selling our units to homeowners with space on their clients properties to make them junior ADU’s that can be used as a guest room or AirBnb.2
Distributors
We have several RV dealers and RV parks interested in selling our units. We have special tilt trailers and equipment that can turn a pickup truck into a house delivering vehicle.3
Non-profit Service Providers
All across the united states we are partnering with organizations who are providing health and housing services for the unhoused. One of our main missions as a company is to provide as much housing as possible for those in need. As we respond to RFP's to cities they often have a continuous service requirements so we are hoping to work with existing local service providers.4
Contractors
Every city and county has slightly different rules about housing and permitting requirements. We are looking to partner with local contractors in all states who would like to work with us to provide site prep work to facilitate the delivery of our manufactured houses.5
Manufacturers
The scale of the housing crisis is larger than we can address on our own. We have started partnering with manufacturers in California, Arizona, Texas, China and Mexico. We are looking to grow this list of manufacturers by the hundreds. Please reach out to us if you have metal manufacturing facilities in any location.6
Drivers
We are starting to get orders in multiple states. Also we are growing our network of available drivers of tow trucks, pickup trucks, and semi trucks that we can call on for disaster relief. Please reach out to us so we can add you to our national driver network list.7
First Responders
We are looking to form partnerships with all natural disaster companies, agencies, and groups. From dropping off units for Cal Fire during wild fires, setting up rapidly deployable command centers, to providing mass temporary shelter, we want to help.8
Architects/Engineers
We are working on various regional designs for land use for cities to manage the unhoused and a variety of disaster response layout solutions.9
Developers
We are looking to create a new type of coliving space all across the united states that have affordable housing units, parking for tiny houses, parking for RV’s, Storage, and Shared kitchen and garden spaces. The first of these Foldum Mini Villages is being planned for the Coachella Valley and Joshua Tree California areas.10
Investors
We are a start up company and have several ways that you can participate in our rapid growth.11
Insurance Companies
We want to provide housing as a service for living unit delivery direct to homeowners properties.12
Governments
We have several options for temporary, long term, and emergency housing as a service solutions.
